Shipping & Returns
We ship USPS First Class. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you would like us to ship UPS or FedEx.
Beginning Oct. 1st, 2018, we will no longer offer free local pickup, but we will now have discounted shipping rates.
The majority of our items are one-of-a-kind, so we ask for a prompt return. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of the item being delivered or picked up. Mail returns to our studio at Byron & Blue 906 E. 5th St. #106, Austin, Texas 78702 and email us the tracking number when the package has been shipped. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once the item is has been received with all original tags and packaging, we will refund your purchase. Vintage / Found items cannot be returned.
If we do not hear from you within 24 hours from delivery, you are welcome to return the unused item for a shop credit only. After 7 days, no returns will be accepted.
