Shipping & Returns
We ship USPS First Class. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you would like us to ship UPS or FedEx.
If you wish to pick up your purchase in Austin, Texas rather than have it shipped, we offer local pickup. You may pick up your item at our favorite shops: DYLAN WYLDE 2324 S Lamar Blvd Suite b, Austin, TX 78704 or at ARO 906 E. 5th St. #106. When purchasing, you can choose which pickup location you prefer in the shipping options. You will be notified when your item is ready at the location. Allow 24-48 hours. If you are in a rush to receive your item, please email us prior to purchasing. We will do our very best to get your item as soon as possible.
The majority of our items are one-of-a-kind, so we ask for a prompt return. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of the item being delivered or picked up. Mail returns to our studio at Byron & Blue 2701 East 2nd St. #b Austin, Texas 78702 and email us the tracking number when the package has been shipped. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once the item is has been received with all original tags and packaging, we will refund your purchase. Vintage / Found items cannot be returned.
If we do not hear from you within 24 hours from delivery/pickup, you are welcome to return the unused item for a shop credit only. After 7 days, no returns will be accepted.
Picked Up Items: For items that are picked up locally, please email us within 24 hours if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Returns cannot be made at pickup location.
