Shipping & Returns
We ship USPS First Class or USPS Priority. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you would like us to ship UPS or FedEx or if you need the package to arrive by a certain date.
Beginning Oct. 1st, 2018, we will no longer offer free local pickup, but we will now have discounted shipping rates.
The majority of our items are one-of-a-kind, so we ask for a prompt return. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of the item being delivered. Mail returns to our studio at Byron & Blue 2701 E. 2nd. St. #b, Austin, Texas 78702 and email us the tracking number when the package has been shipped. You will receive a shop credit in the form of a code that can be used online or in person. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Vintage / Found items cannot be returned.
After 7 days, no returns will be accepted.
